Payment methods

Payment
You can pay for your order either by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You can choose credit card or PayPal on the check-out screen. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please send us an email to contact@nordfrim.com and we will get back to you with details for the transfer.

Credit card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. When you place your order, Nordfrim request authorisation to charge the order amount from your bank. Once we have received approval, we reserve the amount on your card until all items are available and your order has shipped. Your card will be charged when your order has shipped. Articles listed on backorder and supplied when back in stock will be charged automatically to your credit card. In case we are unable to make this charge we will send you a message and ask you to kindly complete the payment directly on our website. 

Gift certificate
If you have a Nordfrim gift certificate you can pay your order with this voucher. Please enter the number on the certificate when ordering on our website. Any outstanding payment should be paid by credit card.

Promotion Code
Once in a while Nordfrim launches a promotion with a special code for special bargains. You can use the promotion code only once. Promotions do not include Denmark and Sweden products offered at face value.

Sign up for automatic credit card charges
With automatic charges, you won’t need to enter your card details again for purchases or subscriptions with us – making your stamp collecting so much easier. Of course, your card details are encrypted and stored safely.

To sign up for automatic charges is easy and only involves five steps:

  1. Log in to your Nordfrim account at www.nordfrim.com, by clicking on "Log in" in the top right corner, above the search field. If you forgot your password, click "Forgotten password"
  2. Once you’re logged in, click on "My pages" in the top right corner of the website
  3. At the "My details" page, scroll down until you see the area "Sign up for secure automatic credit card charge". Click on the "Sign Up" button.
  4. At the payment page, fill in the card details and click the green "Submit" button.
  5. If needed, verify the sign up (you may need to verify with a code sent by SMS or similar).

Once the sign up is complete, you’re good to go! The automatic charging agreement will be active until you cancel it. You can always cancel the agreement from the My details page. Note that we will hold a very small amount on your card to complete the sign-up procedure, but won’t charge you for it. The reservation is temporary, until the first payment is complete.
