Payment
You can pay for your order either by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. You can choose credit card or PayPal on the check-out screen. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please send us an email at contact@nordfrim.com and we will get back to you with details for the transfer.
For high-value orders on certain items (such as current coins), we may require payment by bank transfer. If this is the case, we will contact you to coordinate payment.
Credit card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. When you place your order, Nordfrim requests authorization to charge the order amount from your bank. Once we have received approval, we reserve the amount on your card until all items are available and your order has shipped. Your card will be charged when your order has shipped. Articles listed on back order and supplied when back in stock will be charged automatically to your credit card. In case we are unable to make this charge we will send you a message and ask you to kindly complete the payment directly on our website.
Gift certificate
If you have a Nordfrim gift certificate you can pay your order with this voucher. Please enter the number on the certificate when ordering on our website. Any outstanding payment should be paid by credit card.
Promotion Code
Once in a while, Nordfrim launches a promotion with a special code for special bargains. You can use the promotion code only once. Promotions do not include Denmark and Sweden's products offered at face value.
I have a balance in my favour. How do I use it for my next order?
If you have a balance in your favour, we will automatically use it when we charge for your order, as long as you pay using a credit card. If you pay with PayPal, the balance will not automatically be taken into consideration. If you want to pay with PayPal and make use of a balance, please contact us at contact@nordfrim.com.
Sign up for automatic credit card charges
With automatic charges, you won’t need to enter your card details again for purchases or subscriptions with us – making your stamp collecting so much easier. Of course, your card details are encrypted and stored safely.
To sign up for automatic charges is easy and only involves five steps:
Once the sign-up is complete, you’re good to go! The automatic charging agreement will be active until you cancel it. You can always cancel the agreement from the My details page. Note that we will hold a very small amount on your card to complete the sign-up procedure, but won’t charge you for it. The reservation is temporary until the first payment is complete.
