Placing an order
When you have placed your order in our web shop you will automatically receive an order confirmation per e-mail. Please note that if you do not receive this confirmation your order is not completed. All orders are executed in strict order. If an article is temporarily sold out it will be delivered as soon as it is in stock again and it is dispatched postage free. If an article is sold out we will inform you about this.
Cancellation of order
It is possible to cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please send an e-mail to contact@nordfrim.com or phone us at 0045 64821256 and inform us of your order number and your customer number.
Exchange/returns
If for any reason you want to return something you have ordered from NORDFRIM, all you have to do is send it back to us in its original and unbroken packaging within 14 days after you have received the parcel. Please enclose a note on why you return the order and your name and address.
All informations, prices etc. on our website and in our brochures are subject to alterations of taxes and prices, proof-reading etc.

Prices
All prices quoted on www.nordfrim.com are in EUR, USD or GBP.
VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU and Norway, while VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have been confirmed.

Payment
You can pay for your order either by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You can choose credit card or PayPal on the check-out screen. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please send us an email to contact@nordfrim.com and we will get back to you with details for the transfer.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. When you place your order, Nordfrim request authorisation to charge the order amount from your bank. Once we have received approval, we reserve the amount on your card until all items are available and your order has shipped. Your card will be charged when your order has shipped. Articles listed on backorder and supplied when back in stock will be charged automatically to your credit card. In case we are unable to make this charge we will send you a message and ask you to kindly complete the payment directly on our website.

Delivery and returns
We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as it has been registrered in our system. Your time of delivery depends on which country we are shipping to. You will find the delivery time to your country here.
If an article is temporarily sold out we will forward the article as soon as it is in stock again free of postage. If the article is sold out we send you a message.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it you can of course do so. All items we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt and we will refund your original payment or send you a credit note
