Issued by KPK in 1977. This folder contains the "birth certificate" for the first stamps from the Danish West Indies with a document from the government at St. Croix explaning the use of these stamps in the Danish West Indies. There is a sheet with reprints of 3c from 1866 and 4c from 1873. Six different reprints of bicoloured complete sheets. With these new prints you can see the oval misprints on the first 40 prints. Very interesting material. The stock is limited
