This is an interesting collection focused on the Penny Black, the world's first postage stamp, and Sir Rowland Hill. Sir Rowland Hill was a British educator, inventor and social reformer, known for introducing the modern postal system. The packet includes mint and cancelled stamps from various countries, as well as a mint souvenir sheet from Norway, issued in 1990.
